Train hard, not long. LeanGuide workouts are 30-40 minutes long, 3 times per week, and incorporate the most efficient exercises designed to work the most muscle groups.
The LeanGuide Diet includes intermittent fasting - or essentially, skipping breakfast. Additionally, alternate between small meals on rest days on large carb meals on workout days.
